COMMERCIAL FIT-OUT
Sean Óg Construction don't just do residential works. We also offer a full service offering to the commercial sector. We have recently completed fit-out works for the Tearaways Activity Centre in Co Tipperary. We completed the first and second fix timber works on this new play centre. We also installed the bathroom fittings and fixtures and constructed the party tables, chairs and the reception counter and desks.

RENOVATION
We also recently completed a renovation of the existing golf club changing rooms at the Portmarnock Hotel. This involved a complete strip-out of the existing facilities right back to bare walls and a completely new refurbishment including new lockers and new toilet, sink and shower facilities.
CONVERSION - HOUSE TO CAFÉ
Sean Óg Construction completely gutted this 100 year old building in Maynooth. We also constructed an extension onto the rear of the building. The end result is a bright and modern café.
