NEW HOUSE BUILD
Beautiful contemporary 3 bedroom house constructed by Sean Óg Construction. We covered all aspects of the build from start to finish. The client was absolutely delighted with his new luxury home. The house was finished to a very high specification. An Air to Water underfloor heating was fitted throughout the house giving a very comfortable and warm home. A BER A3 was achieved on this house making it an efficient and cost effective house to run. Both the client and the architect were delighted with the end result.

RENOVATION & EXTENSION
This house was completely transformed. The living space was extended to the rear of the house. New windows and doors were fitted. New heating and electrical systems were fitted. The house was completely insulated to increase the efficiency and reduce the heating costs. A new kitchen, utility units, wardrobes, timber work, tiles and flooring were fitted throughout the house. Each bathroom was completely renovated with new sanitary ware and tiles fitted. The end result is a fantastic modern bright family home with top quality finishes throughout.
A new garage was constructed, the garden was landscaped and a new patio and front driveway with new gates completed the outside of the project. Both the client and the architect were delighted with the end result.

NEW BUILD
New house built on green field site located at Moyglare Road, Maynooth, Co Kildare. 3,000 square feet house completed to high specification. Sean Óg Construction completed all works from site set-up to final completions using our in-house tradesmen. The house was finished to a high quality throughout with great use of light.

This house was in bad repair when purchased by our clients. Sean Óg Construction completely gutted the existing house and added a bright new modern kitchen/dining room. We also landscaped the gardens. Our clients loved the end result.

Sean Óg Construction completely gutted this 100 year old building with a preservation order in Maynooth. The house was converted to a café. We also constructed an extension onto the rear of the building. The end result is a bright and modern café.
